By purchasing from our site, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. If you need to return an order, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and clear for you.  


Eligibility for Returns   
Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.   
Please ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are intact and returned as originally received.   
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.   
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our customer service team within this window to start the return process.   
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

  • Step 1: Submit a Request   
    Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for returning to crowndaeinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com.   
     
  • Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos   
    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos showing the issue to expedite processing.   
     
  • Step 3: Follow Return Instructions   
    After approval, we will send you detailed instructions for completing the return.  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our guidelines.  


Refund Process & Timeline   
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return standards. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.  


Partial Refund Guidelines   
For items that partially meet return requirements (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items   
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue via email so we can resolve it quickly.
